To ensure all the material will be received through proper document . Make area present able with help of all team member for any audit . Ensure provide the training for store person in store area related to the good storage practices related rules regulation, safety regulation in additional to be capable of meeting these requirement

.The training record should be kept for review if needed. To ensure all equipment should be calibrated and validated periodically including temperature monitoring devices, humidity monitoring devices and scales. Prepared all check list & handover for GRN.
