Project Description:
MFT gateway is a solution for secure and fast file transfers between the organization and over 1000 customers using the gateway. It utilizes Sterling integrator suite to provide the best possible MFT solution to the customers. Maintenance of the MFT infrastructure and enhancing it, fall under the umbrella of the same project. Key result areas & contributions:
As a Shift Lead, I have to be alert and vigilant to make sure all systems are functioning smoothly and cater to client’s queries and issues daily.
Collaborate with users/ Business Analysts to onboard customers or back end applications on sterling integrator over SFTP/C:D
Assist partners with encryption/decryption and IP whitelisting
Manage host to host CD setups
Identify process improvement opportunities in the infrastructure, planning and implementing the same
Co coordinating patching activities on the application servers
Handle critical issues with proper diligence in order to ensure minimum or no impact to the live existing file transfers

MFT infrastructure team is responsible for working on providing connectivity solutions to applications for internal and external file transmissions. The team deals with MFT requirement across different verticals of the Bank. The tools used consist of IBM sterling Business to Business Integrator, Sterling file gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, TIBCO MFT command center. Key result areas & contributions:
Collaborate with customers and application teams to gather and analyze requirements for providing the most feasible MFT solution
Configuration on any/all the tools as per the connectivity solution provided along with basic shell scripting

Project Description:
SWIFT for Corporates enables corporate customers to communicate mission-critical financial information and transactional data securely and reliably using IBM sterling Business to Business Integrator (SI). The application is used to support connectivity via SWIFTNet FileAct and Interact.
Key result areas & contributions:
Collaborate with customers and trading partners to gather and analyze requirements for providing the best connectivity solution
On boarding new customers, investigating and providing issue resolutions to customer issues within stipulated time frames, along with testing assistance
Project tracking and reporting to the respective stakeholders
Configuration of the SI and SFG as per the connectivity solution provided

Raising and managing change orders for PROD implementations MIGRATION PROJECT FROM HSBC CONNECT TO SAP TO STERLING INTEGRATOR – January 2018 to December 2018 Project Description:
HSBC Connect to SAP solution was based on the SAP NetWeaver PI technology and was a part of the ERP integration products from HSBC. This product provided direct connectivity between customer ERP and Bank. The migration project included migration of the customers using this service to a new platform that uses SI and demising this existing service. Key result areas & contributions:
Analysis of the SAP PI solution to be replicated on SI platform
Key role in conducting the POC and for migration of clients
Creation of the migration plan and migration documentation for the clients
Liaising with the business stakeholders and client integration managers to ease the process of migration through daily updates
Planning, coordination and implementation of demise activities for SAP PI architecture
Trading partner, routing channel set up
