I am part of TDO (Trade Dimension operation) as a CoE (Quality Team) that supports to maintain a database of all retail/On Premise locations across United States with Quality and our database are used by manufactures & suppliers of Beverage & Consumer Package Goods.

Duties:

Responsible for Client Deliveries with 100% quality.

Handling email queries.

Presenting quality reports to the client on quality review calls.

To maintain the process quality and conducting refresher training to the team members to enhance their process knowledge.

Call monitoring and creating phone scripts for probing questions to the stores to get the required information.

Presenting quality performance deck to client with RCA

Supported team in consumer observation and interpretations to responses related to understand the market strategies.

Maintaining the process documents and SOP with current update.
