Raising non-conformance report (NCR) and queries to the consultant for any deviations from the drawings and specifications

Raising Request for Site Inspection (RFI) to the consultant for approval of MEP works executed on site.
Handling the execution at site as per specification. Coordinating with the Client, Engineer, subcontractors & all responsible people. Arranging and forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement. Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program in budget cost.
Report the progress of work to the PM. Measurement of installed quantity. Ensuring the site safety & control wastage. Checking the bill of sub-contractor & certify the same. Final handover of activities & documents. REVIT MEP KNOWLEDGE:
