Prepares, process and reconcile variation orders to the Client.

Obtain accurate Quantity take-off for the following scope of works

Preparation of Purchase request and Monitoring of Materials needed by the Project.

Entry of SAP (System Applications and Products) for Project Cost Monitoring, Purchase

Preparation and Distribution of Pre-bid documents bid bulletins and minutes for the following scope of work for Subcontractors

Preparation of Subcontract Agreement for the awarded Subcontractor

Check and Evaluate Subcontractors’ Cost Proposal for the said scope of Work 2. Bidding/Tendering (Pre-Contract)

Focus on quantity take off and interpretation of drawings and details.

Establishes items in the BOQ for submission to Client.

Prepares bid and contract documents.

3. Project Closeout

Works with the Operations and Design team for as Bid and As Built Quantities with Cost

Remeasurement of quantities, closing out of claims and variation orders for both client and subcontractors.
