- To lead the construction of building projects, their technical installations and elements performing a quantitative and qualitative control. To exert financial control of the building project by providing certificates and budget settlement reports of the completed project.
-To prepare reports and plans for health and safety and to coordinate the activity of all companies involved in the project in the field of health and safety in construction projects, both in the project design and during construction.
- To perform tasks like technical calculations, quantity surveying, assessments, real-estate appraisals and feasibility studies, construction inspections, damage surveys or similar activities, and to prepare the corresponding reports and technical documents.
