Prepare, discuss, negotiate & settle the prices with customers to achieve sales targets forwarded by the company from time to time.

Erection & commissioning of crane and hoist and to provide direction, coordination, planning and completion of engineering projects within the stipulated time schedule, budgeted cost and quality standards.

Inspecting and performing load tests for Lifting Equipment, including overhead cranes, monorails, gantry cranes, drum winches, chain pulley, geared trolley.

Inspecting Lifting Gears and Bottom Hook Equipment, including wire rope slings, chain slings, web slings, hooks.

Inspection and performing function and load test on crane by using water bags or dead weights for load test by using dynamic and static load test of cranes and submit erection & commissioning report

Preparing health check report of cranes and lifting equipment.

To oversee repair and installation work and service conducted by mechanics and job performance assessment & Conduct Preventive and shutdown maintenance and manage various tasks and day to day monitoring to find success in this position.

Take care of safety procedures are being adhered and maintains inventory of machine parts

Create work performance reports, document the production of mechanics and hire discipline employees as needed.
