Responsible for hemodialysis on ESRD patients. I was responsible for the nursing and technical care while the patient was on the machine. I supervised technicians on the unit. Occasionally I performed charge nurse duties such as overseeing the unit to make sure it ran safely and efficiently. I scheduled surgery repair, or IR appointments of clotted grafts and fistulas.
