Requirement Gathering: Understanding the job requirements from Clients

Sourcing of resumes through various channels – Active, Passive, Employee Referral, Naukri, LinkedIn and Social Media

Scheduling, Coordinating, and getting feedback of the candidates

Salary Negotiation: Negotiating salary with candidates and get them under the budget set

Closure of Positions: Ensuring the candidate joins under the given time frame and create backup in case of drop out. Working on junior to senior positions Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end recruitment for BFSI.

Daily activities involved like sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordinating and negotiating candidates for various positions.

Understanding Industry wise requirements, Job analysis and defining job description and competencies for the position.

Prioritizing the requirements to ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements.

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, Skills, expertise and aptitudes

Placing candidates to their corresponding skill sets and ensure candidate and client satisfaction.

Compensation negotiation as per company grids and closing the position.

Interacting with business and delivery for better understanding of the requirement and skill sets.

Build a good database of resume, maintain database of active and passive requirements.

Post offer follow up with the selected candidates till joining.

Building a strong referral networks and quiring candidates for various skills set.

Completing documentation for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provided daily and weekly updates to managers regarding the requirement assigned.
