As Business readiness manager, led the successful delivery of SAP ECC “Oil and Gas” for largest Oil Drilling and technology service providing firm. This was a big bang implementation at multi locations in US, South America. The project was slipping earlier 3 years, 5 times and client was considering scrapping the 100 million dollars project before I joined and made the project successful.

Develop latest technology SAP MDG product to be sold by SAP Germany all over world for SAP EAM, PM space; also sold the product in Europe & UK (Utility) market and implemented.

Designed and implemented mobile solution for client and rolled-out in various geographies. It (Project I did) was such smooth that top management were some times asking if product and application was running!

Leading those projects successfully, I got playing critical role bigger projects of up to 40 Million dollars.

Shown client (BNSF) value with proposed solution architect and got 40 million dollars of projects which otherwise client never gave to two vendors previously at different point of time. I was originally sent for Business blue print as client evaluation of the business blue print by other two vendors resulted into scrapping of the project/solution previously proposed. When project started after 2 years again, I joined the project understanding requirements in detail, architect the prototype solution.
