• Hardware troubleshooting: Successfully diagnose and repair hardware issues for more than 100+ returned Windows 7 laptops a month. Place orders for the required parts and/or send to manufacturer if the hardware defects warrant it (e.g. screen replacement, keyboard replacement, motherboard replacement).

• Working with ServiceNow ticketing: Successfully manage assigned ServiceNow tickets from inception to closing, which includes tracking resolution progress, and updating customers on ticket status.
