ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON LINE

The shift in charge is responsible for independently handling shop floor production activities during the assigned shift. Act on of key communication link between senior management and shop floor Team.

1. Leading Engine Assembly

Responsible for all production and process engineering operation.

Handle shop floor activities, team management production targets, planning support and etc….

Provide training to make, sure all employees have the skills tools necessary for optimum performance.

Ensure process, POKA YOKE inspection and special tool audit.

Apply to the SGA team for best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Planning and arrangement of material and manpower for the daily production.

Set line balancing and with 4M management.

Monitoring and controlling of production, Quality issues.

Participate in corrective action and problem solving to our team.

Shop floor manpower management and absenteeism control.

Coordinate with HR & Contractor for casual workforces. Have good experience of handling unionized workforce.

Develop and maintain production and process records in an orderly and professional manner.

Keep work area and equipment in clean and good working order & implement 1s 2s.

5s maintenance of the production cells and other machines.

General understanding of all work instructions and their locations for review.

Understanding basic operating function of the lap equipment.
