PROJECTS:
• Dissertation work on “Gamma Radiation Shielding and Thermal Stability of High-density Concrete” The motive was to develop the concrete which can shield gamma radiations and can sustain high temperature with the application of high-density aggregates in Nuclear Power Plants.
• Group project on “Wind Turbine for Power Generation and Storage by Vehicular Movement on Highways with IOT”
The primary aim was to Fabricate a mini wind turbine with IoT for power generation and storage for real time applications.
• B.E Final year project on the topic “Bacterial Concrete”. The main objective of the project was to bacterially induce calcium carbonate precipitate as an alternative and to develop environmental friendly crack repair technique.
• Pre-final year project on “Behavior of concrete with partial replacement of coarse aggregate by coconut shell”.
The main objective of the project was to replace 0%, 10%, 20% & 30% of coarse aggregates by discarded coconut shells and evaluate the strength properties of concrete. PUBLICATIONS:
• Published a paper in “Turkish Journal of Computer and Mathematics Education” on the topic “Wind Turbine for Power Generation and Storage by Vehicular Movement on Highways with IoT” in June 2021.
• Published a paper in “International journal of research in engineering and technology” on the topic
“Bacteria as a biological admixture in concrete” in April 2016. ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Awarded Second best paper for the paper entitled “Wind Turbine for Power Generation and Storage by Vehicular Movement on Highways with IOT” at the 2nd International conference on Sustainable Urban Development, Resource Conservation and Food Security – 2020, hosted by Bearys Knowledge Campus.
