I started my career with HDFC Bank. My last

assignment was as Assistant Company

Secretary and Business Analyst with a

reputed logistic company in Bangalore. I

worked for a number of corporates and

Multi-national companies in diverse field.

My expertise lies in advising the Board of the

company in conveying Board meetings,

drafting minutes, ROC filings and RBI

reporting.

I have involved in preparing Annual Report,

arranging Annual General Meeting and

have work exposure in Pan India.
