Analysing the given Class A-Surface for tangential and curvature errors.
Creating B-Surface from the given A-Surface based on the requiring thickness of the part.
Debugging the surface-based issues in the B-Surface while part development.
Closing the part with the closing surface to create closed body.
Engineering fixations like Locators, Snap fits, Bosses, Heat steaks, dog houses are created wherever necessary and based on the environmental part.
Checking of draft analysis for the given tooling direction.
Design considerations are taken into account for the part and engineering features in order to avoid manufacturing defects.
Creating drawing for the model and applying GD&T based on the requirements.
