Role:

The object of every company would be ensuring customer satisfaction. In this project I have done survey on customer satisfaction about Anantha PVC pipes which were manufactured in Anantapur. I have used questionnaires and survey pamphlets to ensure the customer satisfaction on the pipe’s usage. The questionnaires and pamphlets were given to the customers to complete them and then the results were analyzed based on their response and satisfaction on pipes usage.
