Working in Tata International DLT (P).Limited. Jamshedpur. As an Engineer- Quality/Production from 11th sept 2017 to till date. Role: Production

Management of Tipper, Tip Trailer, Trailer (Side wall, Flat Bed, Semi low, Etc) manufacturing of different variants as per customer demands.

Coordinating the complete manufacturing activity starting from Raw material planning to PDI.

Planning of man, material and machine along with allocation of responsibility to dedicated team members of different departments for achieving daily targets.

Played a central role in developing new manufacturing process and technique for the development of BSVI tipper models.

Knowledge of fabrication process/techniques, manufacturing of tipper, tip trailer, trailer etc.

Responsible for production planning on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Sustain the continuous improvement on P/Q/C/S/D. timely delivery of goods to the customer end.

Daily production planning and coordination with other department, regarding the line issue, assembly process for cycle time reduction and OEE improvement.

Working Knowledge of Internal audit, Vendor audit, product & process audit.

Visit the suppliers for PPAP approval, process and tooling validation.

Making sure no defective parts are used in the production process.

Meet the production target day-to day basis.analyse & take immediate action on production difficulties.

Implementation of kaizen and pokayoke at all possible stages on line.

Analysis & action for internal and customer end rejection.

Ensuring that internal and external audit are properly carried out.

Manage the Supplier quality metrics such as:-SCAR AND CAPA.
