Anabond Limited is a private listed company and also the only manufacturer of Hydroxyl Terminated Polybutadiene(HTPB) is controlled by a modern Distributed control system. AREA OF EXPOSURE

• Experience in handling Batch operating chemical plant.

• Experience in unloading of 1,3 butadiene from tankers to bullets.

• Trouble shooting for Process/ Production related problems by periodic inspection.

• Handling of High pressure reactor, Heat exchanger, Pressure safety valves.

• Efficiency in handling hazardous chemicals( Isopropyl alcohol, Methanol, Hydrogen peroxide, Sodium hyroxide, Sodium nitrite)

• Knowledge of operation of critical equipment’s i.e. Reactors, Heat exchangers, Distillation coloumns, Resin dryer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• SCADA operated plant for manufacturing Hydroxyl Terminated Polybutadiene(HTPB) being supplied to Defense Research and Development Organisation(DRDO), uses one of the composition in Rocket proplent.

• Distillation of solvents like Methanol, Isopropyl alcohol.

• Tracking of process parameters, data collection for asset optimization records and process stabilization.

• Practical and operational knowledge of Pumps (Centrifugal,Vane,Gear pumps), Compressors, Scrubber, Flare system.

• Ensuring of safe flaring of unreacted butadiene and safe handling of process chemicals like butadiene, hydrogen peroxide, Iso propyl alcohol, methanol, disposal of hazardous waste as per PCB norms.

• Allocation of manpower resources and raw materials required for the process. PROCESS EQUIPMENTS HANDLED
