Experience in performing basic Ophthalmological investigations like slit lamp examination, direct/ indirect ophthalmoscopy, gonioscopy, refraction, tonometry, Yag Capsulotomies, OCT imaging, Perimetries, Fundus florescein angiography, Fundus photographs, USG B-scanning, UBM, corneal topography, etc.

4. Experience in management of anterior segment cases eg. glaucoma, uveitis, keratitis, dry eye etc. 5. Carrying out basic minor OT procedures like syringing, Chalazion removal, incision and drainage, posterior sub-tenon injections, intra-vitreal injections etc. 6. Experience in performing cataract surgeries (EECE, SICS, Phaco-emulsification), and extra-ocu- lar surgeries (pterygium, entropion/ ectropion, DCR surgery, filtering surgeries). 7. Involved in conducting various educational seminars and conferences in the department. 8. Experience in conducting various exams in department eg. undergraduate exams, post-graduation exams (MS/ DNB) in department.

9. Well versed with the newest trends in Ophthalmology. 10. Regularly attending Continuing Medical Education seminars. 11. A firm believer of maintaining excellent doctor – patient relations. 12. Excellent oration skills.
