Key Responsibilities as a Assistant Mines Manager are as follows:

• Ensure safety of Men & machinery as per DGMS guidelines.

• Plan day to day production and development to achieve optimum efficiency of men and machinery

• Plan day to day drilling to achieve good fragmentation (by fixing burden & Spacing as per strata, Machinery available & fragmentation required).

• Planning of blasting operations.

• Maintaining the zero accidents in mine workings and evaluating day to day performance of men and machinery.

• Coordinating with survey department and ensure regular updating of field data as per the management and statutory requirement without much deviations from the targets.

• Coordinating with environment department and ensuring mine environment management as per statutory requirement.

• Statutory returns Submission with in the targeted dates..

• Maintaining Dispatch of E-Auction Products and checking the Weighbridge reports.

• Writing of daily, statutory and other reports.

• Maintaining day, Month and Year wise Production, Dispatch and stock Report of three Iron ore mines and Reporting to the Top-Management.

• Involved in Forest clearance Process, application of 106-2b(HEMM Permission) of New E- auctioned Mines.

Internship:

National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM), Bangalore in the month August 2018 for the period of 10 days.

Hutti Gold mines company Limited (HGML). (Underground Gold Mines) in Hutti,Karnataka in month of August 2017 for the period of 15 days.
