Project Planning and Documentation.

• Attending Pre-bid, Technical Bidding and Financial Bidding and involve in Negotiation.

• Study thoroughly the contract documents and be familiar with the scope and method of procedure and installation.

• Reviews and approves design documents, change orders, material requisitions and specifications for construction or procurement use.

• Integrate with internal stake holders Accounts, E&C and Qs team for smooth flow of project. Project Execution.

• Visits Project site as required for exchange of information. Coordinates activities among the design groups on the project, From Kick of Up to handing over.

• Reviews project progress against approved schedules, evaluates changes and takes corrective action when required.

• Keeping track of materials to be delivered in coordination with SCM team.

• Ensure that all work done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents project specifications and all applicable standards whether local,national or international standards or as required.

• Monitor the daily progress of works and inform Site Engineer’s accordingly.

• Arrange work inspection along with Consultants/Clients periodically and carry out necessary rectification as per snag list.

• Arrange testing and ensure the installation is ready for commissioning activities (For Electrical, FA&PA, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Security Systems, FM-200, CCTV, Audio Visual Systems, Compressed Air system, Data & networking). Billing & Quantity Surveying.

• Preparing and getting certified from the Clients / Consultants / Architect.

• Co ordinate with site engineers for Back to Back measurement and Billing process with All service Departments& Follow up all official Documentation papers related to projects.

• Bills for the work done, Rate analysis for extra items not covered in the tender and Bills for the extra items.

• Prepare Deviation statement for tendered quantity and Executed Quantity.
