Job Responsibility

●Arrange the PLCs,DRIVEs and all other upgrading components and dismantle the old Fuji drives. And install the BLM,S120 serious motor modules.

●Make the power and control wiring for all DRIVE and its control units, S7300 PLCs as per the electrical wiring drawing.

●Making the continuity test, short circuit test and field devices conditions and finally charge the power to the hole circuit.

●make the pre commissioning and check the I/Os.

●Arrange the PLCs,DC DRIVES and all other upgrading components for the machine then remove the old Drives and PLCs.except usable PCBs and Power units.

●Make the Installation of S120 series dc drives and plcs then start the power wiring for all drives and PLCs. And then make the control wiring for all units and profibus communication for the modules asper the electrical wiring drawing.

●Prepare the layout marking on the panel inner plate as per the wiring drawing with the DEVA standard.

●Arrange the components asper the general arrangements .

●Make the wiring as per the wiring drawing with the power and control wiring approved by DEVA standard.

Mainly they are doing OHE,EMU types of coaches panel wiring under the southern railway network instructions, safety and standard and they supply the car for all over india.

Prepare the all the material and equipment’s as per the bill of material.

Make the panel wiring inside the coach and install it on the designated place .

Check the field equipment’s as per the bill of material and make the field wiring for those OHE,EMU coaches.

Finish the work and take to stage one visual inspection for the over all coach and make the continuity test.

Perform the dielectric test for the power and control cables.

Make the ration test for 25kv and switch group operation test.
