Hired to lead the development of Hooters in the Northern CA territory. Personally hire and mentor all Management staff, preparing them to assume greater responsibilities with the company's rapid growth.

Designed and managed all budgeting, P&L controls and weekly, monthly reporting. Opened 5 restaurants in the region (2 of which are in the top 5 largest domestic openings sales. wise).
