Sanjeev Autoparts is mainly engage in Manufacture and Supply of parts of automated vehicle mainly different types of gears and dampers.

Responsibility

Knowledge of Setting Of machine press, Robot Grippers and it’s Program according to type of product.

Attain weekly Quality and production meeting with all plants & resolve raised issue.

Maintain & prepare Quality and production related documents.

Setup approval, Setup validation.

In process inspection report.

Setup inspection report and machine production report.

Effective implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, on line.

Analyze the defects likes Dimensions of in with limit, visual defect (crack, fold, underfill, bend).

Handling instrument like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Go and No Go gauge, Dial gauge, Depth gauge.

Maintain master reference samples.

Finding out the cause of defects and develop solution.

Review and approve working instruction.

Work closely with manufacturing operations to identify and resolve the quality System.

Review Rejection analysis and find out reason taking action on it.
