June 6, 2021,

Mrs. Amanda Tezyk, FNP-C

Dear Human Resources Administrator,

Please accept this letter and enclosed resume as application for the position of APRN. In reviewing the job description and requirements, I believe that my background is ideally suited for the position. Further, my family and I are familiar with, and reside in the southwest Florida community and I would be delighted to have the opportunity to continue to work within a community we enjoy.

For the past 10 years, I have become educated on the career field of nursing and all aspects of the expected duties and responsibilities nurses assume. My nursing studies were completed at Rasmussen College in Fort Myers, FL, with an ongoing education and recent degree with a specialization of FNP. The scope of my responsibility has ranged from projects to simulations and clinical rotations. In addition, I have experience in customer service and patient care. Currently, I enjoy my position as a RN within the Emergency Department, as critical care is my true passion. I would like to continue serving the citizens of Lee County while expanding my education to cover new areas of practicing expertise.

To date, I have completed education related to this career choice. I completed a BSN in the Fall 2014, and began pursuing a MSN with a specialization in FNP in August 2015, with a completion date of October 4th, 2017. Board certification through the AANP was obtained on October 27, 2017. I pride myself on my ability to consistently deliver projects on time and within a pleasant manner, despite the many obstacles and issues often encountered in a career of this nature. I am currently up to date with a CPR certification intended for Health Care Providers, as well as ACLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC.

My goal is to move into a position with great opportunities for my future. This goal prompts my interest in speaking with you regarding your current search. I appreciate your time and consideration. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Amanda Tezyk, FNP-C, MSB, BSN, RN
