Project :1- Bulk Excavation Project- Supervision Consultant Main duties and responsibilities

- Reporting, monitoring and evaluating process for all activities within scope of works in DGBE site project include tracking all earth works (Excavation & Backfilling) and demolition of existing structures works to be complied with all DGDA specifications

- Reviewing and approving all designs, shop drawings, method statement and technical reports that preparing by Main Contractor.

- Understanding and supervise of Shotcreting, waterproofing and Secondary Lining to tunnels.

- Review geotechnical, geophysical and earth works materials reports

- Review and supervise treatment of cohesive spots in excavations edges & side slope protectios.

- Study and review the requirements for design, installation, and operation of dewatering systems

- Coordinate, daily, with the other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by the Contractor.

- Managing all site activities, leading construction teams, monitoring schedules, budgets to ensure the successful delivery of projects
