- Collecting and updating the supplier’s contracts and Maintenance contracts.

- Inspect the building workshops and infrastructures on behalf of the municipality.

- Provide technical assistance regarding, building electricity, elevators operations, construction methods

and equipment’s.

- Forecasting the budgets and expenditures of all maintenance operations.

- Set the goals and the targets using the grant chart methodology.

- Meet with the community to handle their complaints and approach them with the proper solution that

lines with the law.
