Experience

1) Working from 2011 until July 2021 as a Drilling Fluids Engineer in the Egyptian Mud Engineering and Chemicals Company (EMEC). I'm working for Saudi ARAMCO. I have drilled oil and deep gas wells in both land and offshore fields. My experience is in drilling vertical, deviated and horizontal wells. I have both conventional and unconventional drilling experience. I have drilled with Offshore rigs like (Transocean, Hercules, DPS and SAR) and land rigs like (ADC, DALMA, SINO, NAPORS and SAIPEM)

My experience including the supervision of mixing and treating different mud systems, water base mud (spud mud, KCl, NaCl and CaCl2 polymer mud), oil-base mud and completion brine fluids (KCl, NaCl, CaCl2 and CaBr2). I have drilled HPHT wells with high mud weight up to (20.0 ppg) and with using managed pressure while drilling technique (MPD) for utilizing different mud weights. I have drilled many wells with partial& severe and complete loss of circulation with different mud types.

My responsibility is maintaining fluid properties on the rig site, lab testing drilling fluid properties, maintain chemicals inventory at the client’s well site. I'm responsible for providing the client’s representative with information regarding the progress of the most effective and environmentally safe drilling fluids available while optimizing the well-bore construction process and maximizing our client's production rate.

2) I have worked from 2007 to 2011 in laboratories and production of companies specialized in dyeing, printing and finishing textiles. My experience in the field of dying textiles with wide knowledge in making lab depths and making all tests for chemicals used in this field. I achieved lab manager position then as a supervisor of the water treatment unit in our company and trained new employees in our company.
