Hindalco Industries Limited, Unit-Mahan Aluminium, 6 X 150 MW Captive Power Plant, 1700 TPH CHP as an Assistant Engineer and worked in various roles in Coal Handling Plant from 1st Nov 2018 to till date.

Designation – Operation-CHP Control Room

Planning, execution & trouble identification related to system/equipment operation & maintenance of CHP.

Responsible for smooth operation of coal handling plant, plant performance to optimize running hours, rigorous planning, execution and control of plant activities during shift.

Responsible for maintaining/improving belt loading factor, rake unloading time.

To ensure 0 demurrage on Coal Rake.

To ensure uninterrupted Bunker feeding, Rake unloading & crushing from RH.

Manage emergencies in the plant and take timely action to avoid failures and improve availability and reliability of the system.

Ensure for correct isolation and normalization of lines/ equipment’s for issuing and cancelling PTW.

Prepare the daily MIS of operation.

To actively participate in WCM activities.

To ensure manpower utilization during shift.

To raise PR & follow-up with purchase for timely generation of PO for services/material. PREVIOUS COMPANY
