Pension Administrator for 4 PVTA directed pension plans, assets totaling $32M, chair the investment strategy committee

Direct risk management and cost control procedures for the PVTA, including insurance coverage, eliminating budget variables, implementing internal controls via segregation of duties and duplicative authorizations of payment vouchers.
