Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm System (FAS), Access Control System (ACS), Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) surveillance. Public Announcement System (PAS) & Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning (HVAC) Systems. Kone Lifts. Network Support.

Key activities:

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly basis reports on the progress of the ongoing projects and implementation for the assigned projects.

Activation & deactivation of access card on daily basis with the Co-ordination of facilities helpdesk for issuing of access cards.

Maintaining the database for the access cards.

Schedule the shift for weekly basis & share the attendance to facility.

Adjust the VAV set points as per the A/C Technician request.

Share the reports of FAS & PA system accessories & water leakage detection system condition through fire alarm dry test on monthly basis to facility.

Write flash & download the panels of access control system panels.

Attending the issues related to access control system, CCTV surveillance.

Update the backup dates & recording capacity of DVR, synchronize the DVR time to server time on daily basis through operational software.

Monitor the Inergen Gas Suppression system & backup the reports through cross zone checking on the basis of three months.

Attend the audits successfully in facilities as both external and internal audits.

Co-ordination with the maintenance team in smooth operation of Chillers, AHU's and Electrical Systems.

Access Control System:

MODEL HANDLING: Cardkey CK720, CK721, CK721A & S300 panels.

Programming New Access Cards through Johnson Controls Cardkey Pegasys-2000 S/W.

Installation, Programming & maintenance of Access Control System.

Creating a new access group & naming the terminals as per the requirements of client's projects.

Configuring Anti Pass Back System & electronically hard lock for the Access Control Doors.

Maintaining Transaction Reports using Crystal Software.

Write flash the access panels on a monthly basis.

Fire Alarm System:

MODEL HANDLING: (Notifire) NFS-3030, IFC-640e, and GEST-3.

Controlling & Monitoring the Metasys Fire Alarm Panel. This contains Detectors (Smoke/Heat) & Monitor, Control, Relay Modules & FM 200 Fire Suppression system.

Maintain the Inergen gas suppression system under the pressure of 200bar & monitor the solenoid valve connection, hose connectivity & mechanical condition on shift basis.

Closed Circuit Television:

MODEL HANDLING: DVR PANASONIC WJ-HD 718 series, PELCO DX 7000 & DX 8100 series.

Installation, configuring & monitoring in PELCO (DX 7000 and DX 8100 Series) and

PANASONIC WJ-HD716 series Digital Video Recorders.

Control the clarity of cameras & recording status in DVR through network software of both PELCO (DX 8100 CLIENT LNK) & PANASONIC (ASM 200 SERIES).

Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning:

Update the VAV status in shift basis & control the VRF unit, CSU unit & Air Handling Unit.

Control the VAV through the software METASYS ADS (Johnson control) & 963 series

(TYCO).
