Generation of service requests and work order follow up.

Pressure balancing on operational areas(liquid injectable and OSD areas).

Respond to fire alarms systems and be familiar with DDC panels.

Repair, replace or calibrate controls, switches.

Wiring and connecting motors, compressors, temperature controls and humidity sensors according to wiring schematics.

Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment and UDAF including filters, belts and coil cleaning.

Split A/c installation and service.

Finding and Troubleshooting of split AC.

Well experienced in Brazing.

DOCUMENT KNOWLEDGE:

Maintaining records in Hvac system as per Gmp standard.

Following the sop`s operation of the systems.

Recording the daily operation parameters & readings.

BMS OPERATION KNOWLEDGE:

Well known in automated building management systems in desigo cc and insight software.

Troubleshooting of controls and DDC panel like actuator,smoke damper.
