Unix operating system, SQL, Tera data(De-Bugging), AUTOSYS (Scheduler), Abinitio (Trouble Shooting and Analysis), Data stage (Trouble Shooting and Analysis).
Provide level 1 and level 2 support for 480+ processes of 11 different Tier-3 and Tier-4 critical bank applications.
Monitor, Analyses and provide fix all the job failures within the provided SLA.
Troubleshoot the issues by analyzing the SQL queries using Data stage, Ab-initio and Tera data SQL.
Address the missing/bad data issue on the production servers.
Modify and add spool space for the execution of jobs.
Write basic shell scripts to support day to day processes outages and report generation.
Support patching and maintenance activities by validating applications and servers with the help infrastructure team.
Work on change request and perform code migration for providing permanent fix on recurring issues.
Ensure that the Autosys Dependency on process exists and the data flows from the source to the destination as per the flow designed.
In critical situations, ensure that the JIL parameters of the job have been changed so that the process completes for the day.
Analyze production issues in Data stage with the help of Designer and Director Client tools and provide fix on it.
