Eliminated line-stoppage in Air-Tank Line Feeding by redefining the process in TPS Way (SEAT Level -3)

Independently developed Induction Module for incumbents for effective deployment

Developed SWI & JES in-accordance with Daimler standards

Developed and implemented new process in Axles stock-check (barcode based) and thereby reduced time consumption. With the help of Procurement team, Project(Barcode implementation) details communicated to Suppliers with clear barcode design. Daimler india sent appreciation mail to TVS head office regarding this implementation.

Implemented SEAT project to reduce time consumption between GRN creation and QC submission (SEAT Level- 2)

Implemented Barcode system for Put away and thereby ensured cost and time reduction in‘put away’ process. Developed barcode format in Excel (by adding barcode font on PC) for creating Put away list in A4 Sheet. One A4 sheet will contain 25 put away line item’s barcode. By implementing this process. Total paper cost of Zebra printer and zebra printer necessity eliminated. And time of Putaway person also saved. Because sorting will be done in A4 sheet as per location sequence.
