Determinants of Menarche Discordance in Fraternal and Identical Twins (MS thesis) 2017

Data obtained from the California Twin Registry was utilized to identify determinants of menarche discordance among 3,030 pairs of fraternal and 3,369 pairs of identical twins. The raw survey data was cleaned and formatted for analysis. Research-based potential determinants were selected and assessed against the age at menarche using linear regression models in SAS 9.4. Rapid Assessment of Pediatric Psychological Trauma at an ER

(MS course project) 2015

Data was collected against a trauma assessing questionnaire to identify whether it was possible to diagnose trauma in children visiting the ER for other conditions. Scores were assigned to several trauma-associated reported variables using DO loops and simple linear regression was performed using SAS.
