Service Representative Accounts Receivable

Experience: My job experience varies. I worked in the office of a factory that made sugar, in the Accounts Department. I handled their Cash Book (manually) and Cost Cards for the different sections of the Factory for approximately four years (Guyana, South America).

For one year I taught English at a high school (Guyana, South America). This was an amazing time, taught me to interact with high schoolers also teachers from different academic areas and cultures.

I volunteered at my church for many years. This included teaching young children, planning and organizing camps, day trips, concerts, soup kitchen, handling and disbursement of cash, organizing verse speaking and trophies for the different teams and managing and coordinating with other volunteers. Giving reports of activities done and how it benefited the children also financial reports (Guyana, South America).

As of now, the past six plus years I am working in a Dental Office as a Patient Service Representative. My job is working with patients, scheduling and confirming appointments by telephone, calling insurance companies for patients information, handling claims for patients and assisting with all of their queries over the phone and face to face in a respectful and friendly manner (I am a very good listener). Also assists with Accounts Receivable and Payable, filing is also a part of my job, sending and answering emails. Familiar with Word and Microsoft Office (USA).
