Procurement: Supporting sites across four provinces in with the procurement of office supplies and stationery, and ensure timeous distribution to the various project upon delivery.

Travel: Ensure travel request forms are actioned timeously by processing relevant (flights, accommodation, car rental and per diem). Obtain the necessary approvals prior to travel arrangements being processed. Ensure timeous submission of details and itinerary to traveler thereby reducing stress for traveler.

Finance: Following the petty cash standard operating procedure (SOP) set out my the PHRU, ensure that all necessary documentation is completed, signatures obtained, communicate with finance and distribute the petty cash as required within the necessary time frame. Document all petty cash expenses on a control process to confirm movement of cash and ensure that it returned to the finance department in line with the petty cash SOP. Generate Purchase orders in line with budget and line items, prepare and process invoices for payment for all purchases.

Data Capturing: Capture study data (surveys and questionnaires) on the REDCap electronic database according to the study protocol. Assess the quality of the data, address data queries. Perform data verification by doing on site monitoring and evaluation to ensuring data credibility and accuracy.

Administration: Booking venues and arranging refreshments for meetings when required, photocopying and filling of documents, collecting timesheet and submitting to grants department by due date, facilitating drivers’ logistics ensuring cost efficiency and drivers capacity is maximized, creating log books and registers.
