PROJECT DETAILS

Wooden door & window frame design – Diploma Final Year Project Woods were cut into vertical and horizontal shapes, at first log is selected and layers are stacked, then sawing timbers are inserted into Rivet cutter machine and cut into proper dimensions. The timbers that comes out from planning machine are of desired shape. After that corners are drilled to connect and hold the device. Sanding operation starts for making the sharped corner of the wooden frame and getting smooth surface from rough surface. After that dowel pins are placed in a proper way, then frames are being prepared for painting.

Laser Beam Welding & cutting Over Titanium alloy - B-Tech Final Year Project We used a 2nd grade of raw material as a TiAL-4V (Titanium alloy) dimension 100x50x10 and have used laser for welding and cutting. Through this we have tried to increase the speed, efficiency, accuracy, fatigue strength, micro structure and wobbling frequency. Team Size - 2
