I am performing as Section Head for various Projects to Control the Department of Cost and Quantity surveying, Estimation for Tendering and Cost Controller with using relevant Computer tools which include Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, REVIT, TEKLA, PLANSWIFT and CostX for Quantity & Cost Estimation.

Expert in measuring quantities and cost estimation by following standard method of measurements SMM7, POM(I), NRM2 and CESM4.

Having extensive experience of using standard form of Contracts.

Preparing & Presenting CTC, CAC, EAC, reports to higher management & Stakeholders.

Preparing Sub-Contractor’s Contract Agreement.

Conducting meetings related all commercial issues with Client & Subcontractors.

Playing effective role during Amicable settlement with Client & Subcontractors.

Preparing Variations, Claims & IPC and getting approval from Client.

Checking & evaluating Variations, Claims & IPC submitted by Subcontractors.

Applying effective Cost controlling strategies at all company project sites.

Reviewing and analyzing contract conditions, specifications, tender drawings and addenda for time, cost, materials, and labor estimates; and accurate scope of work and means & methods assessment

Preparation of BOQ and cost analysis, detailed quantity take-offs, progress payments,

S-curves, variation order, claims for extension of time & compensation for submission to consultants.
