To assist in Developing the HSE Management System of the Company and to ensure its implementation

Inspection of scaffolding, lifting equipment, safety on working at height, confined space entry, electrical equipment etc

Manage the regular inspection of firefighting, safety & emergency response equipment

Investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures

To provide trainings to workers on HSE related subjects in incident prevention, first aid as well as other activities and safety awareness programs

Check permits for operating appropriate construction equipments and vehicles

Document both safe and unsafe acts, corrective actions taken on the scene, accidents or injuries, and ways to improve safety on future incidents.

Help supervise the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action

Communicate frequently with Higher management to report on the status of the occupational health and safety program

Maintain Departmental Safety Bulletin Board

Continues learning & developing skills

Promote & Implementing an effective safety culture

Conducting emergency preparedness & mock drill once in quarterly
