Work experience:

Possess 9 years of immense experience in Installation of Telecom/Power Cable Pipeline, Manhole, Cable Tray/Trunking, standing server Racks, Termination Panel and Installation of Optical Fiber Cable with Termination & Testing (both Outside Plant and Inside Plant work) in companies as follows.

1) Working as Project Manager in Ntegrator Pte Ltd (Fiber Reach PTE LTD) - Singapore. From Dec 2019 to the present.

Work responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 60 staff including Project Admin’s, Site Manager and Site workers for Singtel Telecom Installation of Manhole, uPVC ducts, and Installation & Termination of Optical Fiber Cable both Outside Plant and Inside Plant work.

• Overseeing the full project lifecycle together with studying and understanding the customer needs from time to time.

• Design, implementation and installation of Telecom uPVC duct Pipeline and Manholes from the sizes from JX2 to MX8.

• Plan for Optical Fiber Cable pulling, termination, and testing works.

• Arrange for Site Preconstruction Survey for pipeline,

• Facilitate active communication with client's Project Leads. Prepare and submit the weekly work progress report.

• Conduct weekly meetings with the internal site team to discuss and resolve engineering site issues to ensure the work construction is following as per the design standards and client specification.

• Coordinating with Authorities such as Power Grid, Pub, Telecom service providers, LTA/JTC/Nparks regarding to the site-related work approvals and follow up.

• Preparation of monthly budget and monitor the projects closely in order to make sure the project not exceeding the budget.

• Verification of claim submission documents to ensure everything in order before the submission to the client, prepared by the Project Admins. 2) Worked as Project Engineer in One West Engineering PTE LTD, Singapore. From May 2019 to Dec 2019.

Work responsibilities:

• Supporting team with providing the civil technical design preparation and implementation for PUB duct installation and Pipe Jacking caisson shaft construction as a Sub-Contractor.

• Oversee the project lifecycle by studying and fulfilling the customer needs, project scope, project delivery, P&L management, regulatory filings, and final commissioning. 3) Worked as Project Engineer in Wee Guan Construction PTE LTD - Singapore. From May 2015 to April 2019.

Work responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 50 staff including Project Admin’s, Site personals and Sub-Contractors.

• Telecommunication and Power cable Projects which include both Open Cut Trench Pipeline construction & Optical Fibre Cable Pulling and Termination works including Installation of Server Racks, Panels and Fibre Termination.

• Worked for Telecommunication such as M1 Ltd, Super loop Pte Ltd, Reach, Orange, Telstra and some other private Telecoms and for Power Cable works for SPPG.

• Design, implementation and installation of Telecom Manholes from the sizes JX2 to Mx3 with uPVC duct/pipe installation.

• Manage annual revenue of SGD$8mil. In charge for SGD$30 over mil projects.

• Handled direct contracts of civil pipeline construction & OFC cable works.

• Overseeing the full project lifecycle together with studying and understanding the customer needs

• Involved in tender submission, contract negotiation, project delivery, P&L management, regulatory filings, and final commissioning

4) Worked as Project co-ordinator & Draft Man in Yuanji Enterprises PTE LTD - Singapore. From July 2013 to May 2015.

• Responsible for preparation of AutoCAD site drawings and site work documents for telecom and 22KV power cables, and supervising/coordinating 22KV power cable & M1 Optical Fibre cable Outside Plant and Inside Plant works

• Responsible for preparation of Claims for M1 and SingTel OSP/ISP works

• Preparation of Hand over Documents (HOP) for M1 & Superloop OSP/ISP works
