We are pleased to offer you the position with Tradix Holding (The “Company”). You will report directly to your Personal Manager and be a member of our Purchasing Team. Your start date, manager’s name, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment will be as set forth below. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

1. Position and Duties.

As an employee of the Company, you agree to competently and professionally perform all job duties described in the attached Job Description. You are required to stay in touch with your personal manager and follow all our instructions within the required time frames. During the probationary period, you will be working with Ms Sarah Hoffman, your personal manager. 2. Outside Business Activities.

During your employment with the Company, you will devote all your energies, interests, and abilities to the performance of your duties under this Agreement. 3. Employment Classification.

You are considered a Full-Time Employee and shall be entitled to benefits. We issue you a W2 for the yearly wages paid and 1099-Misc for other payments (probation period, bonus, commissions). If you want to hold strictly 1099 employment, please inform your manager. 4. Hours of work.

There are no normal working hours, you will have a flexible schedule. You are required to complete 8 orders during your probationary period. Your personal manager will provide you with more details as soon as you start.

5. Compensation/Benefits.

A. Salary. You will be paid $3,200.00/biweekly when you pass the probationary period and training. A 1099 for your additional commission will be included with your paycheck. The base salary may be negotiated after the probationary period depending on your performance. We may negotiate it one more time after 6(six) months of employment, depending upon your production. You will be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses paid or incurred in the performance of your everyday duties. You are required to provide the Company with all receipts to cover expenses.

C. Benefits. You will also receive the Company’s standard employee benefits package (including health insurance), and will be subject to the Company’s vacation policy as such packages and policies are in effect. These may include: Life Insurance, Sickness and Accident income plans, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Medical Care, Education Assistance Programs, Employee Assistance Programs, Job-Related Travel and Accident Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Product discounts, Flexible Workplace, Employer Provided Personal Computer and Office equipment if required.

6. At-Will Employment.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice at any time for any reason. This Agreement is intended to be and shall be deemed to be an at-will employment Agreement and does not constitute a guarantee of continuing employment for any term.

7. Further Assurances.

Each party shall perform all future acts and execute and deliver any documents that are reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Agreement.

8. Probation Period.

You will be employed for an initial period of 30 days, specifically 4 weeks from your first order. This is considered the Probationary Period. You will be paid a regular salary during this time. Being an at-will employee, you will be free to terminate your employment with the company at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Date of Joining.

This position has a target start date of July 22, 2019, but this date is contingent upon available time, acceptable performance conditions and the “Offer Acceptance” email from you. Although we would like to start as soon as possible, your actual start date could be changed or moved if you (or your supervisor) find it impossible to start as planned. Please be assured that the Company considers you an asset as an At-Will Employee. It is the desire and goal of the Company that your employment with the Company is long-term employment.
