Responsibilities:

Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance for various equipment / lines to increase machine up time & equipment reliability

Prepare BD reports, make RCA in SAP S 4 Hana, track CAPA points (Corrective actions and preventive actions) for the closure

Familiar with planning and scheduling of Shutdown/TA activites

Familiar with CMMS system monitoring of day to day work orders, maintenance activities

Collection of equipment data specifcations and update of equipmment repair history in SAP

Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution

Plan for required man powers and materials or spare parts requirements, special tools or equipments and work instructions appropriate to the maturity of the work force, acceptance criteria and essential safety steps will includes full schedules to be prepared and enable effective and efficient execution of work which will increase wrench time and optimise cost

Exceute and manage with contract vendors for the assigned job with ensuring the safety basis

Ensure work order history is updated and feed back from craft is utilized to further improve job

Prepare RCA by why why analysis

Prepare consolidated job list as per scope, prepre work packages for rotary and static equipment’s, blind list, punch list

Create M1, M2, M3 M4 notifications in SAP and monitor the notifications work order information through risk based work selection with categorizes these priorities to be produced daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Prepare dream run for the each and every equipments

Prepare routine planning and shutdown maintenance activities for entire plant

Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly planning KPI reports timely to meet company and department requirements policies and standards, follow the final confirmation of monthly KPI planning reports

Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution

Create material reservations for the shutdown/ TA activities

Making O & M KPI bill for the month

Monitor performance of equipment as defined against SLA’s

Review the equipment efficiency, bench marking & condition monitoring of equipments

Maintenance of the rotating machines & pressure parts

Lead the team in maintaining Mechanical equipments (Boiler, bowers, heat exchangers, pumps, etc) for routine, preventive & predictive

Impart and ensure through knowledge of safety practices

Conduct surprise audit to check maintenance jobs execution quality like following safety procedures of HIRA, Valid work permit, Tool box talk, use the proper tools for the particular jobs and further improve instructions of the work orders

Prepare SMP/HIRA for the all jobs

Update maintenance plans to accommadate for emergency breakdowns with concern department and all unplanned jobs are to be documented

Maintain and update the history card for future any corrective actions of the maintenance activities

Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining the documents for the same

To carry out effective and timely /preventive/predictive breadkdown maintenance by preparation of maintenance schedule and monitoring of all maintenance activities.

Effective manpower handling, utilization and allocation of work to achieve zero breakdown.

Prepare JSA for the suitable jobs.

Prepare FMEA & RCA for the breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools; vibration monitoring of pumps, compressors, etc

Create notification for the Spares and consumables pre raising and job execution in site with all safety precautions.

Develop maintenance jobs by ensuring adherence to safety, quality and environment norms by providing appropriate information
