I have overseen two major upgrades at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and 3 Upgrades for Plant effluent Reuse. The first contract was the dike replacement and an additional installation of a lagoon for water storage. The second contract was for major plant process and equipment upgrades. The Reuse projects started in 2012 with the addition of a treatment process to produce 4 MGD of Class 1A for reuse on all Parks and Schools for irrigation. We continue to add pipe line as funding is available to reach additional parks and other areas to supplement water usage.
