Prepare HIT card (Hazard Identification Tool), explain the hazard involved in the work and how to make the safety precautions and then obtain signature from each team member before they get to their work activities for the day.

Ensure all inbound shipments are received in good condition and stored in safely manner and the documents are handed over to GRN team for updating and for checklist creation.

Check the volume / weight of the cargo before offloading the same form the truck and notify to the Supervisor / Manager if any shipment arrives with damaged or unsafe condition.

Ensue utmost safety while material handling. Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to be used while materials handling and focus on there will be no injuries happened.

To ensure all project materials are stored and covered as per procedural requirements.

Conduct walkthrough with subordinate to the work area to identify discrepancies if any and take necessary action to rectify the same.

To create and allocate space for new project materials by reviewing the entire storage space and inform the supervisor of any space concern.

Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data for clients and utilize reports to project the warehouse status.

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities related to the client without compromising on standards and objectives.

Secure warehouse by periodic check on the safety alarms and ensure timely maintenance of the equipments to avoid any mishaps.

Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
