Scope of Work:

The project consists of seven building Head quarter, Chimpanzee, Animal Rescue, Koala Land, Sand cat breeding Facilities, Petrol Station (Administration Building, Utility building, Car wash, Dry bay), Natural Reserves

(Restaurant, Two Substations, Three VIP suits, Ten Lodges, Administration Building). including all Electrical System like Power, Light, FA, ACS, Fire Suppression system, CBS, CCTV, Panic Alarm System, BMS, PAVA, Audio visual, Lighting Control System, Lightning protection system, Information & Communication Technology and related infrastructure having TRM, Transformer, HV & LV Cable pulling and termination, Light poles and garden lights.

Ensure all material used comply with approved Material Approval Request (MAR).

Ensure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR) reviewed by Construction Manager.

Closing the documents (Inspection test and/or request) on daily basis.

Advising planning engineer of any slippage of progress regarding site activities.

Regular visit to Contractors stores to make sure that storage, handling and preservation activities are carry out as per manufacture recommendation.

Advice safety engineer if any construction activity is not satisfying HSE requirement or if there is any near miss.

The project consists of 40 No’s of G+3 buildings,3 No’s of Energy Transformer (Transformer rooms, HV and LV rooms), and Related infrastructure works including LV, MV and low current cable pulling. Responsibilities Included:

Calculate the load from Final Sub-Circuits to design a system of distribution boards, estimate the cable size for Sub-Main, the total load from individual distribution system to estimate the cable size for Main Intake and design a Single line diagrams.

Testing and commissioning of electrical installations.

Approval of materials and submittals.
