&Steel Building, 5-Story RC & Steel structure was analysed and designed as pe IS code (IS1893:2016&is13920:2016) & American standard code (ASCE-7) . Structural performance was analysed using Non-Linear Static Analysis (Pushover Analysis ) and the structure was designed as per best collapse mechanism. Effect of Lateral loads on High-Rise Buildings, Analysis of high-rise building under seismic and wind loads as per IS Codes of practice (IS 1893(Part 1):2016 & IS 875(Part 3):2015) is conducted and the severity effects due to lateral loads are compared.This detailed comparison and study provides the critical design loading for high-rise buildings subjected to varying basic wind speeds, seismic zones and wind terrain category.
Seismic Strengthening & Safety Assessment of an RC Structure According to IS 15988: 2013, The structure was analyzed and designed as per the current condition based on the data collected from engineering documents and site visit. Based on site visit and prepared mathematical model, seismic retrofitting was recommended for the building
