TITLE: PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT IN INDUSTRY THROUGH WORKPLACE ORGANISATION. August 2019 – February 2020 The project was based on implementation of ‘5S’ technique in the industry for improvement of productivity. Our team worked on the implementation of the technique on the work floor which resulted in reduced lead time and efficient use of men/machine and working area. TITLE: MULTI-DIRECTIONAL CONVEYOR DUMPING TRUCK. August 2015 – January2016 In this project we designed a truck which can rotate in any angle within 180 degree without rotating the whole dumper or without lifting the bucket. This model mostly contributes in Industrial and congested areas.
