OQ Exploration & Production LLC (OQEP) is the operator of the Bisat Shuaiba reservoir located in Block-60. The Company (OQEP) intends to install an Early Production Facility (EPF-B) at Bisat. Schlumberger Middle East (SLB) will execute the EPF-B and as such SLB are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a safe Construction which will have minimum impact on people and environment within the requirements of the Construction Environmental Goals as decided by the client.
o Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE Management System and project specific HSE Plan.
o To act in an advisory capacity for all levels of management at site. o Provide assistance in solving HSE related issues and making recommendations to effectively implement HSE requirements at site.
o Review the site HSE performances against the set HSE Objectives and SMART goals plans and advise the Site manager on the areas of improvement. o Assist in investigation of near misses/ accidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective action to the site management.

Scope of work: -
Building and CMEI Works Package 1” for the Salalah LPG Project of Salalah SFZCO LPG LLC of a total value of US $ 74 Million (work include building package- substations, control building, allied offices for process facility and Mechanical works) When complete it extracts various components of LPG such as propane, butane and condensate from the existing natural gas pipeline. The extraction plant is capable of processing approximately 8.8 million standard cubic meters per day (Mscm/d) of gas to produce 800t of LPG a day. The SLPG project exports approximately 300,000t of LPG a year and produces between 700t and 800t of butane and propane a day.

Assist HSSE system Manager (corporate), Unit HSSE Manager for the preparation of Project HSE Plan, environment plan, security plan, aspect –Impact register etc. and submission to client for approval and compliance.
Deploy HSE Advisory Staff as per contractual agreement and monitor their performance.

Construction of new central processing facility in Yibal Khuff area. Which includes civil (Four substations- 132/33KV and a control building), mechanical, electrical & instrumentation work (Project value USD 115 Million). When complete CPF will deliver 5 MM SCMD (standard cubic meter per day) of associated gas and around 10000 BPD of oil. Whilst the associated gas will be used for power generation and enhanced oil recovery development in Oman.

Control the part of the workforce around 5500 employees coordinate with client and sub- contractors to achieve the goal of zero accident.
