Schlumberger Middle East (SLB) will execute the EPF-B and as such SLB are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a safe Construction which will have minimum impact on people and environment within the requirements of the Construction Environmental Goals as decided by the client.
o Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE Management System and project specific HSE Plan.
o To act in an advisory capacity for all levels of management at site. o Provide assistance in solving HSE related issues and making recommendations to effectively implement HSE requirements at site.
o Review the site HSE performances against the set HSE Objectives and SMART goals plans and advise the Site manager on the areas of improvement. o Assist in investigation of near misses/ accidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective action to the site management.

Building and CMEI Works Package 1” for the Salalah LPG Project of Salalah SFZCO LPG LLC of a total value of US $ 74 Million (work include building package- substations, control building, allied offices for process facility and Mechanical works) When complete it extracts various components of LPG such as propane, butane and condensate from the existing natural gas pipeline. The extraction plant is capable of processing approximately 8.8 million standard cubic meters per day (Mscm/d) of gas to produce 800t of LPG a day. The SLPG project exports approximately 300,000t of LPG a year and produces between 700t and 800t of butane and propane a day.

Whilst the associated gas will be used for power generation and enhanced oil recovery development in Oman.
