Maintain excel of flight details like departure time, arrival time, passengers load count, cargo & baggage weight numbers, cargo reports, allocation sheets, DOR reports, attendance management, resource management, on ground data updating and daily consolidated data of all above activities.

-Ramp [Regional of Aircraft Moving For Parking]: Handling aircrafts Boeing 700/800/900 series& looking after passengers deplaning, boarding baggage loading/ offloading, and cargo loading / offloading, planning &coordinating with all allocated staff to depart the flight within 40mins.

-Boarding Gate:

Handling &boarding the passengers, one to one interaction with passengers on delay flights.Doing immigration checks at international.

-BMA [Baggage Makeup Area]:

Planning before sending the baggage, sorting of baggage& coordinating with ramp staff.

-Counters Staff/Airport Ticketing Office:

Check-in passengers, their photo ids, itinerary &baggage.
